What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover and Amazon Pay. Google Pay and Shop Pay are also available. For cash on delivery you will be contacted for us for further intructions if you submit by this methods. All other payment methods will ship authomatically once you haver completed your purchase.

Can I place an order without creating an account?

Yes. You can place an order as a guest with no obligation to create an account. We do recommend that you create an account, however, if you’d like to check your order history and have your shopping basket items and payment details saved for next time. 

Where is my order confirmation?

This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

When will my order arrive?

Orders that require shipping within the U.S. will be delivered within three to ten days, depending on your preferred shipping method. Shipping to countries outside of the U.S. may take up to 14 days. Please get in touch if your order hasn’t been delivered according to the expected timescales, and we will check your order status.

What countries do you ship to?

We ship to most regions worldwide. Check your shipping price and availability in the checkout bar before ordering to make sure we can deliver to your geographical location.

Can I track my order?

Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to despatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.You can tcheck progress through your customer account, tracking page, and live chat.

Are your Paddle's certified by the USAP?

Yes, both of our paddles have been certified per the standard USAP process and can be used in all levels of play. Certification data available upon request.

Ambassador Program

CoreTek has multiple local affiliate programs as well as online programs to help players who enjoy our paddles grow with us! Below is our affiliate portal and sign up form. We selectively work with players and reviewers but especially prefer representatives who are CoreTek players. 

Our program is growing in scope and reach! Help grow with us as our paddles prove themselves on the court. We provide bulk and individual discounts to first responders and military by request.

Giving

All non-paddle merchandise is printed on demand in the USA to support sustainability. Merchandise orders may take an extra few days for printing. These purchases help support our R&D efforts and spread brand awareness! A percentage of orders goes to charities to help provide medical care in Ukraine.

What are the differences between the Alpha and the Omega?

The Alpha paddle is known for its power, control, and spin, while the Omega paddle is praised for its power, pop, and playability. Both paddles have unique features that cater to different playing styles.

Are your Paddle's USAP certified?

Yes, both of our paddles have been certified per standard USAP procedure. Certification data available upon request.

How does your customer loyalty program work?

Our customer loyalty program can be accessed through the login page or dashboards throughout the site. Under the loyalty and rewards tab you can see current points, rewards. past activity and more! Each purchasae earns you points which may be used to obtain rewards such as free shipping and much more. You can also find your referel code here. Any customers who uses your code will earn you points and give them a discount!

Our loyalty program is well integrated and allows customers great incetives on paddles and merchandise.

Paddle Warranty

Our paddles include a 90 day discretional guarantee against any defects determined upon examination to be the result of manufacturer error or production flaws. Products found to be defective will be replaced by CoreTek Pickleball.
