Customer Account Perks

All CoreTek customers gain access to a extensive customer loyalty account with features including points on purchases that can be redeemed for percent discounts, set discounts, and free shipping. Customers also have a referral code under their loyalty tab that can be used to earn points for future purchases! 

We have also added customer communities specific to each of our paddles as well as a general community and a exclusive community for Alpha and Omega owners. We hope this will be a channel for us and our customers to better communicate so we can exceed their expectations! 

If you are a customer that has created an account check it! You should have points that can be redeemed for future purchases as well as other features. We are looking to add live streams and digital lessons possibly in the future but that is something that is in the idea stage right now mostly. 

If you are a customer that has not created an account you can still create one in contact us and we will add points to your account in line with your purchase. Creating a customer account on our website brings a lot of features and is worth exploring!
