We believe that customer support and communication is one of the most important aspects of our business. Taken into account the pickleball dimension we strongly feel motivated to support our customers not just with quality paddles but with high quality merchandise and useful tools. Since our launch we have added for our customers: 

  • Live support. Powered by an AI chatbot to streamline the experience. 
  • AI customer shopping assistant: our customer shopping assistant works fantastic and learns from interactions with customers. It can summarize the store very quickly and answer questions extremely easily. Give it a try! 
  • Live communities: both public and private, most of our life communities are only available to verified customers. 
  • Loyalty program: our loyalty program is completely self service. It can be used as much or as little as a customer wishes. All purchases will gain customers points as well as sharing on social media and paddle referrals! We have a video explaining its use on the login page. 
  • Easy account access: login and account creation with Google Facebook etc.
  • Review Features: Judge.me is one of the best review services in e-commerce. Our reviews are verified to be authentic with actual purchases. You can make your decisions with more confidence knowing our reviews are real feedback from players like you.

Thare are just a few of the features that we have envisioned and added. Live support particularly has been a popular feature and our AI shopping assistant is quite popular as well. These customers also help us operate with a very small staff which allows us to pass the cost along to the customer.
